I am a landscape artist known for captivating depictions of nature, focusing on oil paintings, watercolors, and detailed drawings. My work frequently explores beach scenes, ocean waves, and serene coastal landscapes, expressing a deep connection to the natural world. Through my art, I aim to reflect both the beauty and power of the sea and its surroundings.
I graduated from the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA), where I honed my skills and developed a unique artistic style. I continued my education at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), where I deepened my understanding of art and creative expression, further shaping my artistic journey.
As an art educator, I have dedicated much of my life to teaching and inspiring others. My experience as an educator allows me to share my passion and knowledge with students, cultivating new generations of artists. Through both my teaching and my own work, I encourage others to explore the natural world and its profound impact on the mind and spirit.
With a focus on capturing the tranquility and movement of the beach, ocean waves, and natural elements, my work invites viewers to immerse themselves in the landscapes I portray, allowing them to experience the peaceful yet dynamic beauty of nature.
