Applies To: All employees, contractors, interns, and third-party collaborators (“Team Members”) of Son Love Studios

1. Ownership of Works

All artwork, photography, designs, written content, and creative assets (collectively, “Works”) created by Tamara Thomson, developed for Son Love Studios, or displayed by Son Love Studios are the exclusive intellectual property of Tamara Thomson and/or Son Love Studios, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Original paintings (watercolor, acrylic, oil, pastel, ink)
• Digital artwork and designs
• Sketches and drafts
• Photography and documentation of artwork
• Written content, artist statements, and marketing materials

All Works are protected under United States and international copyright laws.

2. No Ownership or Implied Rights

Team Members do not receive any ownership, license, or usage rights to any Works by virtue of their involvement with Son Love Studios.

No rights are granted unless explicitly provided in a written agreement signed by Tamara Thomson or Son Love Studios.

3. Work Made for Hire

Any content, graphics, copy, designs, or materials created by Team Members specifically for Son Love Studios during their engagement are considered work made for hire and are the sole property of Son Love Studios.

4. Restrictions on Use

Team Members may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any Works
• Share or publish Works outside of authorized channels
• Use Works in personal portfolios, websites, or social media without prior written approval
• Sell, license, or transfer any Works to third parties

All usage must be expressly authorized in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Team Members must maintain strict confidentiality regarding all non-public information, including:

• Upcoming collections or exhibitions
• Client or collector information
• Pricing structures
• Business operations and strategies
• Proprietary techniques or creative processes

6. AI & Digital Protection

Team Members are strictly prohibited from uploading, sharing, or using any Works in:

• Artificial intelligence tools
• Machine learning systems
• Content generators

for the purpose of training, replication, or derivative creation without a formal written licensing agreement.

7. Attribution

Where external sharing is approved, proper credit must be given:

8. Monitoring & Reporting

Team Members are expected to report any suspected unauthorized use of Works, including:

• Stolen images
• Unauthorized prints
• Uncredited reposts
• AI-generated copies

All concerns must be reported promptly to the Owner.

9. Related Legal Documents

Son Love Studios may utilize the following supporting agreements and documents as part of its operations:

• Website Terms & Conditions
• Privacy Policy
• Affiliate & Disclosure Policy
• Refund & Return Policy
• Certificate of Authenticity
• Bill of Sale / Purchase Agreement
• Commission Agreement
• Artist Consignment Agreement
• Licensing Agreements
• Model / Property Releases
• Independent Contractor Agreements
• Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

10. Enforcement

Failure to comply with this policy may result in termination of the professional relationship and may lead to legal action where appropriate.

11. Acknowledgment

By engaging with Son Love Studios, all Team Members acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
