• Artist Attribution: Original works may be created by Tamara Thomson or independent Guest Artists represented by Son Love Studios.

• Guest Artists retain ownership of their work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Son Love Studios is granted a limited, non-exclusive right to display, promote, and sell such work.
• Guest Artists represent and warrant that all submitted work is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
• Guest Artists agree to indemnify and hold harmless Son Love Studios and Tamara Thomson from any claims arising from their work.
• Son Love Studios is not responsible for disputes regarding authorship, originality, or intellectual property claims related to Guest Artist work.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website in a way that disrupts or damages functionality
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers)
• Upload harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws
• Misrepresent your identity or intent

5. Artwork Representation

7. Purchases, Shipping, and Returns

• Damaged Items: Contact info@sonlovestudios.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos
• Final Sales: Due to the custom and artistic nature of items, all sales are generally final unless otherwise determined by Son Love Studios

8. Multi-Artist Representation Disclaimer

Certain items may be created by independent artists and featured through Son Love Studios. While all works are curated, Son Love Studios does not independently verify authorship beyond artist representation and is not liable for claims related to originality or intellectual property disputes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Son Love Studios and Tamara Thomson are not liable for any damages arising from use of the website or purchased items
• We do not guarantee the website is error-free or uninterrupted
• Liability is limited to the amount paid for a product or $100 (whichever is greater)
