Son Loves Studios (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a creative studio, platform, and marketplace that showcases, promotes, and sells original artwork, photography, design, and curated works by independent artists across our website and third-party marketplaces (including but not limited to TikTok Shop, eBay, and Etsy).

All operations are conducted through Son Loves Studios. Tamara Thomson participates as the founder and an individual artist represented within the studio.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including but not limited to artwork, paintings, photography, designs, text, graphics, logos, and digital materials (collectively, “Content”)—is owned by Son Loves Studios and/or its contributing artists.

  • Artist Attribution: Guest artist contributions remain the property of the respective artist and are used here with permission.
  • No License Granted: You are granted a limited, non-commercial right to view the website only.
  • Restricted Use: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, sell, or exploit any Content without prior written permission.
  • Social Sharing & Pinterest: We encourage you to share our work on social media platforms like Pinterest and Instagram, provided that you include proper credit to Son Loves Studios and the artist, and do not use the content for commercial purposes or AI training.
  • AI/Scraping Ban: Use of any content on this site for the purpose of training artificial intelligence (AI) models, machine learning, or data scraping is strictly prohibited without express written consent.

3. Guest Artists & Third-Party Content

Son Loves Studios may feature, promote, or sell artwork created by independent artists (“Guest Artists”).

  • Guest Artists are independent contributors, not employees, partners, or legal representatives of Son Loves Studios.
  • Guest Artists retain ownership of their work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Son Loves Studios is granted a limited, non-exclusive right to display, promote, and sell such work.
  • Guest Artists represent and warrant that all submitted work is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
  • Guest Artists agree to indemnify and hold harmless Son Loves Studios and Tamara Thomson from any claims arising from their work.
  • Son Loves Studios is not responsible for disputes regarding authorship, originality, or intellectual property claims related to Guest Artist work.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website in a way that disrupts or damages functionality
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers)
  • Upload harmful code
  • Violate any applicable laws
  • Misrepresent your identity or intent

5. Artwork Representation

We strive to accurately represent all artwork:

  • Color Variations: Colors and textures may vary depending on screens and lighting
  • Availability: Artwork may be sold, reserved, or removed at any time

6. Marketing Communications (Email & SMS)

By opting into communications, you agree to receive updates about artwork, collections, events, and studio news.

  • Consent: Consent is not a condition of purchase
  • SMS Agreement: By providing your phone number, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized text messages from Son Loves Studios. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-Out: You may unsubscribe at any time via email link or by replying STOP to SMS
  • Data Use: Governed by our Privacy Policy

7. Purchases, Shipping, and Returns

  • Pricing & Errors: We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we may cancel the order and provide a full refund.
  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including availability or suspected fraud.
  • Handmade Variation: Many of our items are handmade or original works of art. You acknowledge that minor variations in color, texture, and appearance are a natural part of the creative process and do not constitute defects.
  • Availability: All items are subject to availability. We will notify you if an item you ordered is out of stock.

  • Your purchases are subject to our specific policies, which are incorporated here by reference:

8. Multi-Artist Representation Disclaimer

Certain items may be created by independent artists and featured through Son Loves Studios. While all works are curated, Son Loves Studios does not independently verify authorship beyond artist representation and is not liable for claims related to originality or intellectual property disputes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Son Loves Studios and Tamara Thomson are not liable for any damages arising from use of the website or purchased items
  • We do not guarantee the website is error-free or uninterrupted
  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for a product or $100 (whichever is greater)

10. Third-Party Services & Marketplaces

We utilize third-party platforms and marketplaces to showcase and sell our work (including but not limited to Klaviyo, Square, Meta/Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok Shop, eBay, Etsy, and WordPress). While this policy governs your interaction with Son Loves Studios, your use of these third-party platforms is also subject to their respective terms, practices, and policies. We are not responsible for the actions, services, or content of these third parties.
